At LingoStars Tutoring, we are committed to providing high-quality, structured learning experiences. To ensure fairness, consistency, and clarity for all students, please review the following updated cancellation, attendance, and expiry policies applicable to both private coaching and group programs.

• Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the scheduled session will incur a 50% fee.
   
• No-shows without prior notice will incur the full session fee.
   
• These policies ensure fairness and respect for reserved time slots, which are in high demand.
   
• Rescheduling is subject to availability and must fall within the validity period of your program.
   

• Arriving 15+ minutes late without notice is considered a no-show.
   
• Sessions start and end on time, regardless of late arrival.
   

Each program includes a defined expiry date to encourage consistency and steady progress:

• 4-week and 6-week programs: include a 1-week grace period to complete remaining sessions.
   
• 12-week programs: include a 2-week grace period.
  After this period, unused sessions expire and are non-refundable, except where required by law.
   

Applies to TEF/TCF exam prep groups and other structured group formats.

• Group classes follow a set weekly schedule and are sold as full programs.
   
• No refunds or make-up sessions are provided for missed classes.
   

• Notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you’ll miss a class.
   
• When available, session summaries or recordings may be provided as a courtesy.
   

• Please join on time. Students arriving more than 10 minutes late may be asked to observe only, to avoid disrupting the group.
   

• Switching time slots or groups is not guaranteed and may only be approved if space and group dynamics allow.

• Respectful behavioUr is required in all sessions.
   
• LingoStars reserves the right to cancel or discontinue lessons due to misconduct or repeated absences.
   
• Consistency and engagement are essential to your progress. Your registration reflects a commitment to yourself and your learning journey.
